Gobble Gobble!
I obsessively collect turkey coupons this time of year and pass them out to everyone to pick up an extra turkey for the Food Bank. Turkey’s lean, nutritious, and most Food Banks crave them well after Thanksgiving because they’re such a great protein source for the hungry. Here’s the first to start your stockpile: $2.00 off 1 Butterball Turkey.
In honor of Veteran’s Day…
Being that it’s Veteran’s Day, it seems appropriate to post this. Apparently, only 17% of active and retired military use the educational and support benefits they’re entitled to. After serving your country, let it serve you back!
Santa Spuds on the cheap!
When you’re shopping at Target this week, don’t forget to print off a coupon to pick up Mr. Potato Head Santa Spud for .99 cents! Use this $5/1 printable coupon (Mr. Potato Head Spud Buds) and that cute lil’ sucker is yours for less than a dollar! (Editor’s note: my Zachie is still deeply in love with his Darth Vader spud head…disturbing, but kind of sweet.)
Traveling for the Holidays?
Get the most for your buck with one of the free-bee travel guides you can download–nice way to plan your next step. (Editor’s note: my girlie Jeanie ordered three because no matter which set of in-laws she has to visit for Christmas, she wants to have a full list of activities to get her out of the house.) Just here to help…

Nursing? Need some help?
I nursed the twins for a year, but I needed help…I hated trying to experiment on formula because it was so blasted expensive if it didn’t work. You can try Enfamil Lipil for free to see how it works for your little one.
If you’re just starting out, Enfamil has a lovely breastfeeding support kit with free formula samples, nursing pads, and lots of nice little things to make nursing easier. Just click Mrs. Yellow Box, print the certificate and take it into your doctor for your free kit.
$5.00 off $5.00 purchase at Kohl’s
One Cheap Chick reminds us that Kohl’s is offering a great deal: Save $5 on any $5 purchase made in-store. Print that sucker off and hold onto it for holiday shopping. I used mine on this darling baby sleeper that was already on sale for $6.19…which means I picked up a $25.00 sleeper for $1.19!
Free-Bee Recipes! (Or, let someone else do the thinking for a change…)
You know that leaden feeling of despair when it’s 5pm, you’re driving home and you’d rather set yourself on fire than make pigs in a blanket one more time? Free-Bee recipes and coupons to go with ‘em. I’ve experimented, and some of these are easy enough for completely disinterested 9 nine year old boys to make. (Editor’s note: yes, that’s autobiographical.)
