Now, do it for less!

Sign up with Pampers.com and you could win diapers for a year! I don’t even want to think about what I paid for diapers for the twins…sigh. Pampers will also send you nice little coupons and offers.
Free-Bee EBook for Thanksgving Crafts!
The Todd has long been infuriated by my insistence of keeping up the Halloween decorations until it’s time for Christmas. Frankly, Thanksgiving isn’t a sexy holiday–there’s nothing cool to decorate, nothing to dress up in. Until I came by this book today…free-bee EBook with all kinds of T-day crafts and activities. I love this series because it’s not completely female-centered, there’s stuff that little boys like, too! Z&M are going to make the “I’m thankful” leaf pins to show the Third grade, they’re hoping everyone will join in and decorate the room!
$10.00 off $10.00 purchase at JC Penney
I was noodling around on their site last night for a wedding gift and found this: the code GR8VALUE will get you $10.00 off any purchase of $10.00 at JCPenney.com. Mind you, shipping starts around $5.95, but I found some beautiful linens for next to nothing with the discount!
Stefani–clever girl! Also reminds us to use LET8SNOW on an order of $75 or more for free shipping!
Here’s another from Express: Get $15 off any $30 purchase through 11.16.09!
Get a $25.00 restaurant meal for $2.00–extended!
The 80% off sale at www.Restaurant.com has been extended through Monday! You can select a $25.00 gift certificate to your favorite restaurant (or one you’ve been meaning to try) and put in the code word “entree” in the upper right hand corner and hit “apply.” You’ll pick it up for $2.00! Mind you, each restaurant will have it’s own rules and regulations to follow.
Free-Bee craft at Lakeshore Learning tomorrow!
I love Lakeshore Learning for many reasons–but one of the best is the free-bee craft activity every Saturday where your children get to cover someone else in glitter and glue for a change. (Editor’s note: don’t look at me like that–I have a Flair button on my Facebook page that says “Glitter is the Herpes of Craft Supplies”) This weekend is a cute leafy buddy. Be sure to browse online too for a whole pile of great craft ideas and resources.
Sneaky inside tip for the Autism moms: some of my most beloved girlies are the resourceful and dedicated Autism moms–the ones spending every second of time and every penny to help their children on the Spectrum. There’s a zillion sites on the ‘net that offer “specialized” learning toys for children with Autism. Nearly every one of them is at Lakeshore Learning for about half the price. It kills me to see these moms taken advantage of financially. Make your list, then go compare at Lakeshore before you buy.
Free-Bee Lowe’s workshop tomorrow!
Lowe’s Build and Grow workshops have another cute activity for your little people tomorrow: this garage and race car. (Editor’s note: not a NASCAR fan, have no idea. But it’s cute!) It’s completely free, but you do need to sign up in advance. Print off your registration sheet and bring it in with you.
Here’s a new way to make some Holiday money…
…because one of the biggest requests I get here on That Went Well is for reputable sources for making money at home. Believe me, I’ve tried them all out first, so I know who’s just grabbing for your credit card number and who’ll actually come through with a check at the end of the month.
Surveys4Income is one of the best–there’s an achievable signup bonus, simple directions and lots of options to make extra money. I will never say that these systems will make you rich, but the good ones offer sustainable ways to keep adding to your income every day. Let me know what you think if you give it a try!
Start stocking up for teacher gifts…
I usually give gift cards for books and office supplies because our educators run through their budget and then use their own funds to get what they need for the class. But you want to add something special, too, right?
The Personalization Mall has some great discounts right now–Use the code FJE27 for 20% off your entire purchase thru 11.15.09
UPROMSHIPS gets you free shipping on orders of $50+ thru 11.22.09
Check keyword “teachers” for some great ideas. I loved this sweet flowerpot. It says, “Ms. Phillip’s class: where children bloom.” How cute is that?
Thanks for the heads-up, Moms By Heart!
Free-Bee Kindle for your PC!
I’m not always a sensible shopper–I bought a Kindle when they first came out. I’m a voracious reader, and it seemed like such a good idea…until The Todd accidentally sat on it one day. Learn from my foolishness with this free-bee application! Read more than 360,000 Kindle books on your PC with this free application – no Kindle required. Download HERE (for Windows 7, Vista, and XP).
Make your way over HERE and download today’s free Kindle books of your choice!
Thanks, Moms By Heart!
Dust off those cookie sheets, it’s time for the Holiday baking frenzy!
The Todd is Head Chef and Dietician in our house, but when it comes to baking, I might modestly say that I am the Dark Mistress of Flour! I’m completely psyched with this new offer from Reynolds–they’re offering a pile of goodies to make your baked goods look as pretty as the Chi-Chi bakery downtown.
The Old Navy Weekly clues are up!

Sneaky inside tip: You’ll need to head to the Queen of the Blogospher–Thirfty Northwest Mom– for the big ones, even if they’re gone, the site often uses the same activities the next week.
