Sneaky inside tip: don’t forget, many stores will price match, my beloved girlie at The Bargain Jargon has your info: http://www.thebargainjargon.com/2009/11/stores-that-will-price-match-on-black.html
Sneaky inside tip #2/disclaimer #1: I know what it’s like to flip out and start grabbing things at stupidly low prices–but if you didn’t have it on your list and you can’t afford it–it’s not a bargain. No one will curl up and die if they don’t get everything they want this year. The whole purpose here is to give us all tools to save, but buying a bargain you don’t need is not a bargain. Trust me, I’m repeating this mantra with you, okay? C’mon, deep breath…serenity…calm blue ocean…
We’ll update as new info comes along. Good luck!

What’s YOUR Opinion?
Say “Thank You” to our Military
How sweet is this? I used to work in Norfolk, Virginia during the first Gulf conflict, and I developed a huge love and respect for the military families. I cannot tell you what sacrifices these amazing people make for the rest of us. Would you like to show the love?
Xerox put together a free program to tell the troops overseas what they mean to us… ”Let’s Say Thanks” is an easy way to send a “thank you” card to a serviceperson. Sneaky inside tip: be sure to add your name, hometown and a personal note. Don’t worry about being eloquent, sincere is more than good enough!
Click To Feed The Hungry…

Amazon.com’s dvd deals today…
…The Todd calls this “Mauve Wednesday” deals…retailers just don’t want to wait until Black Friday this year. Frankly, if you’re getting dvd’s or bluray anywhere but Amazon, you’re losing money. I pre-ordered “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” and a Wiggles dvd yesterday. I used my trial Amazon Prime, so the Wiggles dvd arrives today, shipped free. They also knocked $5.00 off the price…so that cost me $2.99. Pre-ordering Harry Potter knocked the price from $25.99 down to $9.99! Yow!
