Our First “Good Egg!”
Just to remind you, America’s Egg Farmers are offering a charming new contest where you can display yourself or your little one as the ultimate “Good Egg.” When you upload your video of your good, ah, eh, “egginess” send us the link so we can praise you to all and sundry. The winner gets a year’s supply of eggs, a spot in an national egg ad campaign, and a donation of 10,000 eggs to your local foodbank! Wonderful, eh?

I think it might actually be a state law here in Utah that one is required to ski–but if you’d love to try it but didn’t want to shell out the money for a lesson, this is for you!

Soldier Hollow cross-country ski resort also is celebrating Winter Trails Day this Saturday by offering free skiing, rentals, snowshoes, and mini clinics for first time skiers or snowshoers.
