This Weekend’s Free-Bee Family Fun

Posted by Erin (and sometimes The Todd) on Jun 17, 2010 in Free-Bees Giveaways, Free-or Cheap-Family Fun

Hey, locals–take a look:

artThe Utah Museum of Fine Arts holds free-bee admission every third Saturday.  Stop by for their new exhibits and check out an “adventure backpack” to take through the museum for fun activities for your little ones.   The free-bee art activity this Saturday is “yarn painting” from 2-4pm.   Go here for directions and info.

RSL_Jun19_3x1Real Salt Lake allows its partner, KFC, to distribute at its restaurants $14 admission vouchers (the least expensive ticket available to the general public) to each home game at Rio Tinto Stadium. While that’s a cost-effective way to see a Real Salt Lake game, this Saturday, Real Salt Lake has an even better deal!

If you buy a $14 ticket to Saturday’s international exhibition game, you also can get four children in the game for free! That’s only $14 for five people to attend a Real Salt Lake Game!

For details of this promotion, go here. Remember, the four people who get in free must be children.  Thanks, One Cheap Chick!

airThis could be a fun Father’s Day activity–free-bee admission to the Hill Air Force Areospace Museum with a fascinating series of planes and jets from 100 years ago to today’s sleek new specials.  There’s also free-be admission to the Ogden Nature Center, BSA Ropes Challenge Course and the Roy Recreation ComplexGo here for times, directions, and more information.
