Last Chance To Stay In The Will…

Posted by Erin (and sometimes The Todd) on May 7, 2010 in Free-Bees Giveaways

Proflowers

…look, I’m not judging you.  I just ordered flowers for Miss Virginia (The Todd’s mom) like, today.  But you can still order flowers from Pro Flowers in time for Mother’s Day and keep your sorry butt in her good graces.  Bouquets start as low as $19.99, and with your order, you can get a free-bee vase here, or a free-bee box of chocolates here.

Free-Bee Pearl Necklaces For Mother’s Day!

Posted by Erin (and sometimes The Todd) on May 4, 2010 in Free-Bees Giveaways

pearlsHey, locals–this is for you.  How cool is THIS? Goldsmith Jewelers in Provo is back this year with another round of free-bee freshwater pearl necklaces for Mother’s Day. These little beauties usually retail for $99.00, but download this coupon, bring it into the store and it’s yours for FREE. Not that the homeade ceramic candy dish isn’t SUPER cute, really, but…  This offer runs 5.3 through 5.8, while supplies last.

Sneaky inside tip: I posted this last year, thinking it might be too good to be true–not only are the Goldsmith guys happily handing these little sweeties out, but the pearl necklaces are beautiful, and these folks treat you very well.  My girlie Jannelle picked up hers and had this to say:  “Here’s a photo of the Goldsmith freshwater pearl necklace…..pretty clasp….18 inches long…..comes in a deep purple pouch….they have matching earrings and bracelets if you would like to purchase them, but you do not have to…..you can just walk in and get your free necklace and go.”  I’d go in sooner rather than later to make sure there’s necklaces available.  Goldsmith Company is located at 120 N. University Ave. Provo, UT 84601

The Free-Bee Address Labels Are Back At Vistaprint!

Posted by Erin (and sometimes The Todd) on Apr 28, 2010 in Free-Bees Giveaways

livepreviewThe Vistaprint offer for 140 free-bee address labels is back!  I love these because they’re easy to customize and use for other things.  For instance, I’ve noticed the twins’ books are beginning to disappear, so I just created “this book belongs to…” labels for little borrowers.  These would be cute for cookbooks as well.  I tried a design out for my mother–she’s always leaving dishes, pots and pans at everyone’s houses for potluck.  Go here to start your own creations!

yummy

Carol commented on this important point: “While the labels are free, the shipping is not. The most you’ll pay is $3.66 for expedited shipping (7 days).”  I paid $1.95 for mine, I got them in 9 days.

Free-Bee Crochet Patterns eBook

Posted by Erin (and sometimes The Todd) on Apr 22, 2010 in Free-Bees Giveaways, Free-or Cheap-Family Fun

crochetI decided to take up crochet to keep busy when The Todd forces me to watch something on the World War Two Channel with him–there’s nothing more inspiring than the drone of an annoucer explaining the flywheel mechanism in the German Panther Tank engine–for sixty minutes.  Anyway, I found the Free Crochet Patterns eBook last week and tried it out.  For newbies or experienced, there’s lots of fun new patterns, and maybe something to make for Mother’s Day?  One of my first attempts is seen here.  Not perfect…okay, not even close, but I’m absurdly proud of it.  Download your free book here.
